I have a new PC using Windows 7; my old one was XP but with Internet Explorer 8. The movie viewing no longer works, no options pop up, and none of the things one is supposed to click on work. Does anyone know how to see the movie stream using Windows 7 please?

I'm not using Windows 7 yet however I am using Internet Explorer 8. I had to re-install the active-x control that allows for viewing in the browser.
Go to Internet Options>Security> then look for Active-x in the Custom fields. You can either allow them via the check boxes or just reset, empty the browser cache, then restart the browser and it should then prompt you to install the active-x viewing software.

You can always view us using the free http://Winamp.com media player.

And we are still working on streaming our video using Flash. We hope to have that option available very soon.

I hope this info is useful. Possibly other members with Windows 7 can offer more help.

Thanks for the reply. I think I have reset all the necessary activeX settings in IE, but it still won't work, I downloaded winamp stuff but that doesn't work (though I can use it normally as a styand-alone, and clicked on 'your own' viewer and get a popup but with just a white screen. I am not prompted for download of anything.
I will investigate further.
